ABOUT

Melbourne based media artist and composer Courtney Blackney (she/her) is a Fine Art graduate from RMIT University. Courtney works within the realms of sound, composition, video and photography as well as sound design and installation. Through her practice, Courtney explores ideas of place, perception and vulnerability as well as the unnoticed and forgotten. A collector of sounds, her style is organic and her work is sculpted into soundscapes of environmental immersive experiences.
